1. Assist and educate the customers to use our digital / technology products like a gift cards, fast tag, internet banking / D-lite, Bharat QR, and other tech products. 

2. Cross-selling of banks’ products. (target will be given) 

3. Lead generation and ensure 100 % conversion of customers to digital platforms. 

4. Improving the customer experience and ensuring delightful service to the customers by promoting and using an array of digital products/services offered by the bank. 

5. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries. 

6. Increase the digital customer base of the bank by canvassing various products of the bank. 

7. Be conversant with various digital products/platforms available. 

8. Actively take part in all marketing campaigns.

Education Qualifications

• Should be a Graduate with min 50% marks

Work Location

• Positions open across major towns and cities of Tamilnadu, Andhrapradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.

Age Limit

• 21 to 28 years
